I had a decent stay at Novotel Geneve Centre, with a great location near restaurants and local attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding a nice touch to the experience. However, the room was quite basic and smaller than I'd hoped, and the kids’ sofa bed was really uncomfortable.
